RETURN RULES

When you purchase a product directly from Networking Arts, you are eligible for a full refund. However, there are a few requirements. The item must be in its original box or packaging and fresh. You must have a Return Material Authorization number before submitting a claim. You are permitted to return the item with this special number. Remember! Only returns with an approved number (Return Material Authorization number) will be accepted.

Items that are returned must adhere to our policies. Here are some points to remember:

Payment for returns must be made in advance, and you must guarantee the shipments. Any hardware malfunction or damage sustained while transportation is your responsibility. Please be advised that there are no refunds for shipping or storage costs. There will be no reimbursement for these expenses. If your original order was over £100,000, there might be a limit on how much you can return. For clarification on the return policy in certain situations, get in touch with our staff.

If your item meets our return policy requirements and is claimed for return within 30 days of the invoice date, there won't be a restocking fee. Items that stay longer than thirty days or exceed the 60-day limit will be subject to a restocking fee. Devices that don't fit the requirements of the return policy (broken, missing accessories, etc.) may be subject to a restocking fee. The team of  Networking Arts will determine the precise charges once they have reviewed your return request. There may be a restocking fee if the returned item is not in sellable condition or in the same condition you received it. Our team can sometimes offer a partial credit instead of a full refund.

The aforementioned guidelines will not apply to products that are marked as non-returnable at the time of delivery. Depending on the condition of the returned item, our staff may notify you if a restocking fee is necessary after examining it. Once the purchase has been made, there will be "NO" refunds for anything.

If you purchased our products from another store owner, you must contact the retailer or third party directly to expedite the return procedure.
